We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our field sales team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Team Support: Assist sales representatives by managing schedules, filing key documents, and communicating relevant information.
Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and ensure they are communicated to the production or fulfillment departments.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and billing.
Reporting: Maintain and update sales records and CRM databases; prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies in orders quickly and professionally.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
