Job Description: US - IT Bench Sales Recruiter.

Qualifications And Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Solid marketing skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in recruiting or bench sales is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities:
Maintain a solid network of consultants and vendors
Manage end-to-end bench recruitment process
Ensure compliance with US Visa processes and regulations
Track and maintain data using Microsoft Excel
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
Provide timely updates to clients and consultant.

Other Information:
Shift timing - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
Working Days 5 (Monday to Friday).
Work from office (No Remote).
Indian and US holidays.
Up to 50000 Incentive per closure.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
