Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Support
Assist in lead generation activities
Research potential clients and business opportunities
Support the sales team in customer acquisition
Help in scheduling meetings with prospects
Client Coordination
Maintain and update client data
Follow up with leads under supervision
Support in maintaining client relationships
Cold Calling & Coordination
Make cold calls to introduce company products/services
Coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team
Understand client requirements and pain points




Market Research & Reporting
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Prepare reports on leads and marketing activities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Assist in managing company social media pages
Engage with followers and respond to basic queries
Share relevant industry-related content
