We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to connect with students and parents, understand their requirements, and guide them about our educational courses and services.

Responsibilities:
Call to our provided leads
Explain Services, programs, fees, and benefits clearly
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
Maintain daily call reports and lead status
Answer student queries professionally and politely
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & basic English:
Pleasant personality and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp)
Ability to handle student queries patiently
Prior experience in education counseling or telecalling is a plus (not mandatory)
