Job Overview

This role combines classical project-management principles with AI product-ownership.

It’s significant to understand, drive and deliver projects from project initiation to closure. As an AI product & project owner you must manage and set stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects and ensure value-creation after delivery.

Roles & Responsibility

Owns discovery of business, data, and process requirements, including downstream change impacts
Translates business problems into AI solvable questions
Ensures AI work creates real business value, not just technical output
Owns AI solution success across its lifecycle, including post deployment monitoring and value realization
Ensures responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability) are considered and escalated where needed




Aligns data readiness and ownership with AI delivery milestones
Collaborates with CIOs and BU Senior-managements to own use case selection and prioritization
Owns the tracking of success metrics (ROI, efficiency, risk reduction) – also after solution-delivery
Decides build vs buy vs stop – including proper escalation mechanism
Drive and participate in the testing and user-acceptance phases
Plan project timeline and milestones
Collaborate with AI and data architects to create work break down
Identifies and mitigates delivery, data, and AI specific risks (e.g. bias, drift, adoption)
Monitor and control project progress
Ensure effective and proactive/structured communication
Drive projects to closure as planned
Support team with documentation
Mentor and support junior team members

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree - Any

Knowledge of project management techniques & tools
