Startup Singam is building an in-house digital team for Season 3. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to own our digital branding, content, and campaign strategy end-to-end—from idea development and execution to performance measurement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn strategy into compelling content, high-impact campaigns, audience growth, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the digital strategy and execution for Startup Singam
• Plan and manage campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Build platform-specific content calendars and distribution strategies
• Lead content creation with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and creative partners
• Develop campaigns for the television show, events, startup initiatives, and other Startup Singam IPs
• Track campaign performance and optimise content based on data and audience insights
• Coordinate with the Branding, Marketing, Sponsorship, Investor Relations,



and Production teams
• Manage digital agencies, content partners, production vendors, budgets, and timelines
• Drive audience growth, engagement, visibility, applications, registrations, and other campaign conversions
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in media and entertainment, events, advertising or media agencies, media buying companies, or GEC television channels
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns for television shows, large-format events, established IPs, or multiple brands
• Robust ability to take ideas from concept and content creation through execution and performance measurement
• Hands-on understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reels, Shorts, and emerging content formats
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, influencers, production vendors, and content partners
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, audie
