Role Description This is a full time, on-site Office Boy role based in Bengaluru. The Office Boy will support daily office operations, including packing of orders, maintainance of warehouse and office. Responsibilities include handling basic filing and document movement, and assisting with photocopying, scanning, and delivery of office materials. The role also involves managing simple office equipment tasks, receiving and directing visitors, and supporting administrative staff with routine clerical activities.



The Office Boy is expected to maintain a professional attitude, be punctual, and ensure a smooth, well-kept office environment throughout the day.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette and general communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
Candidates should possess basic administrative assistance and clerical skills, including handling documents, filing, and supporting office operations.
Candidates should possess familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopy machines, and basic maintenance or troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess reliability, time management, and attention to cleanliness and organization in office spaces.
Ability to follow instructions, work cooperatively with team members, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
Previous experience in a similar office support or housekeeping role is an advantage b
