Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Field Sales Executive role based in India, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, visit retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, and present KOZEE SLEEP PRODUCTS’ portfolio to key decision-makers.



Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and after-sales service.
Qualifications
Strong field sales, business development, and account management skills, especially within FMCG, consumer durables, or home/comfort products.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including with corporate and multinational customers.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital channels to track leads and prepare reports.
