Business Development
Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing industries.
Generate qualified leads through customer visits, references, exhibitions, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.
Develop relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, Consultants, and End Customers.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Customer Engagement
Visit customer plants to understand manufacturing processes.
Conduct requirement gathering meetings with production, quality, maintenance, and IT teams.
Analyze customer pain points.
Recommend suitable Digital Manufacturing solutions.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Product Demonstration
Conduct software demonstrations.
Present live dashboards.
Demonstrate mobile applications.
Explain reporting features.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
Customer Follow-up
Follow up on quotations.
Coordinate technical discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms.
Resolve customer concerns.




Track order closure.
Market Intelligence
Study competitor offerings.
Analyze market trends.
