About the Job
As a Technical Architect – Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), you will lead the architecture and technical direction of our next-generation endpoint management platform. You will design secure, scalable,



and cloud-native solutions for enterprise endpoint management while collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver high-performance solutions for businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

What you will be doing:

Architecture & platform design
Define the architecture and technology roadmap for the RemotePC RMM platform.
Design secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions for endpoint management.
Build core RMM capabilities, including endpoint monitoring, patch management, software deployment, automation, and compliance.
Ensure secure communication between endpoint agents and cloud services.
Establish architectural standards and promote engineering best practices.
Cloud platform & reliability
Design and optimize cloud-native services for scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
