Role Description The Gujrat Agri Sales Assistant Manager – Seed Coating Bio-Polymer internship role is an on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The intern will support sales activities for seed coating bio-polymer products, including engaging with seed companies, and agri-input distributors to explain product benefits and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in market research, preparing sales presentations and basic reports, coordinating product demonstrations and trials,



and providing feedback from the field to the management team. The role also involves maintaining organized records of customer interactions and supporting local promotional events to increase product awareness and adoption.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Effective communication and sales skills to explain product features, conduct product demonstrations, and support negotiations.
Good organization skills to manage field visits, maintain records, and support coordination of promotional activities.
Interest in agriculture, agribusiness, or related fields; prior exposure to agricultural inputs or supply chains is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Gandhinagar, conduct frequent field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Wo
