1. Job Purpose

To develop, manage, and expand the marketing channel network for the Racking Division across South India by identifying new business opportunities, developing channel partners, maintaining robust customer relationships, and driving sales through dealers, distributors, consultants, contractors, and other business partners.

The role will be responsible for increasing market presence, generating qualified leads, supporting channel partners, and achieving business growth in the assigned territory.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Channel Development
* Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, channel partners, system integrators, and business associates.
* Develop and maintain a strong channel network across South India.




* Evaluate channel partner potential, market reach, and business capability.
* Establish long-term relationships with channel partners.
* Conduct regular partner visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
* Support partners with product information, technical coordination, quotations, and sales assistance.

B. Market Development
* Identify new markets, industries, projects, and customer segments for racking solutions.
* Study competitor activities, pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
* Develop strategies to improve the company's presence in the racking market.
* Identify potential applications such as:
1. Warehouses
2. E-commerce
3. Cold storage
4. Manufacturing
5. Automotive
6. FMCG
7. Retail
8. Logistics & 3PL
9. Industrial storage
10. Distribution centres
