Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles at BrightCHAMPS. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job postings,



screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help strengthen employer branding efforts by engaging with potential candidates and supporting recruitment marketing initiatives. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru, offering exposure to fast-paced hiring processes in a growing edtech organization.
