About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team and help solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights. This role blends analytics, business intelligence, and advanced data science, giving you the prospect to drive insights at every level - from operational reporting to predictive modeling. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working end-to-end with data: extracting, transforming,



and analyzing large datasets, designing intuitive dashboards, generating actionable insights for business stakeholders, and building scalable machine learning models to improve decision-making.?

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

● Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within financial datasets
● Generate actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making across product, risk, and operations teams
● Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate business assumptions
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics

Reporting & Visualization

● Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
● Create automated reporting solutions to track business performance and operational metrics
● Present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical
