Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling confidential information.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing virtual events, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Assist in drafting HR policies,
procedures, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
