Team Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master to plan and manage delivery of IT solutions and associated technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. The individual in this role will apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate, organize and manage information systems projects to maximize the benefits of IT investments at TransUnion. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of information technology solutions and associated technical support services in support of the business objectives and ongoing operations.
Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery




Initiate / Participate in cross organization dependencies for/from other scrum teams
Participate in longer term roadmap planning
Monitor and track PI milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems and remove impediments/barriers for the team; escalate to the RTE as needed
Manage monthly capitalization processes and change management processes
Apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate, organize and manage information systems projects to maximize the perks of IT investments.
Responsible for managing technology and consulting vendor/partner relationships, service delivery and overall performance as well as supervising IT staff and implementing IT policies and procedures.
Collaboration and strategic partnerships across organizational business units and divisions
