The HR Service Delivery Generalist I independently resolves HR inquiries and issues across the employee lifecycle, applying judgment to interpret policies, determine appropriate resolution paths, and deliver consistent outcomes. This role operates across multiple HR domains, owning cases end-to-end while supporting standardized and efficient HR service delivery.
In This Role, You Will:
Independently resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle
Interpret policies and determine appropriate resolution paths, escalating when needed
Own cases end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent outcomes
Support regional inquiry queue performance through effective case management and prioritization
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement and standardization
Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and workflow improvements
Partner with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk scenarios
Essential Requirements
Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies
Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and workflows
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality out
