Your Profile
Support the planning and execution of customer engagement and marketing campaigns across different stages of the customer journey — from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation.
Assist in executing campaigns across channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, In-App, App Inbox, and SMS.
Work with customer and transactional data to identify audience segments, behavioural patterns, and opportunities to improve customer engagement.
Assist in analysing campaign performance and identifying what worked, what didn’t, and how campaigns can be improved.
Use AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support campaign ideation, copy generation, data analysis, insight summarisation, and reporting.
Help prepare campaign reports and dashboards, track key metrics, and turn data into explicit insights and recommendati
