About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Wealth Management to lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers. The person will be responsible for driving team-level sales and revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, improving team productivity, and ensuring a high-quality wealth management experience for clients.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in wealth management, sales, financial advisory, and team leadership, along with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs,



and drive accountability across the team.
Conduct regular reviews of team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and client acquisition.
Coach team members on prospecting, client engagement, sales conversations, objection handling, and closing.
Identify performance gaps and provide structured guidance and support to improve individual productivity.
Motivate the team and create a high-performance, target-driven environment.
Sales & Business Growth
Own the overall team acquisition, revenue, and AUM targets.
Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation and prospecting through onboarding and conversion.
Review pipeline quality and ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
Drive opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products such as PMS and increased portfolio allocations.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, wallet share, client retention, and overall
