Role Summary: The Business Development Executive drives GroRev SalesNair's top-of-funnel outbound engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying CXO-level decision-makers across key B2B sectors.
What Success Looks Like: Success means consistently hitting monthly qualified meeting targets through disciplined cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach while keeping CRM pipeline data precise.
Organizational Fit: This role serves as the critical bridge between raw market accounts and active enterprise opportunities, feeding predictable pipeline directly to senior deal closers.

About the Role
GroRev SalesNair is hiring 5 motivated Business Development Executives to drive outbound pipeline growth. In this role, you will execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to engage senior decision-makers, including CXOs and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:




Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, VPs, and Business Owners).
Manage end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline activity: lead generation, initial qualification, discovery, and scheduling qualified discovery meetings.
Maintain pipeline hygiene by logging interactions, updates, and metrics daily inside the CRM.
Leverage modern sales automation tools to build targeted contact lists and automate follow-ups.
Prepare client presentations, pipeline reports, and meeting summaries using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
Robust proficiency in cold calling with high call resilience and objection-handling capability.
