About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic and internet-savvy female candidate who understands Instagram, Reels, trends and what makes people stop scrolling.
If you naturally think “This could go viral”, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify viral trends, memes, formats and cultural moments.
Create scroll-stopping content ideas, hooks and Reel scripts.
Develop content around marriage, relationships, dating, matchmaking, family dynamics and Indian culture.
Create and participate in Reels/talking-head content and assist with shoots.
Support Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content.
Write captions, publish posts and maintain the content calendar.
Track content performance and improve views, retention, shares and engagement.
Experiment with new formats, AI tools and creative ideas.





Who We’re Looking For
Highly creative with strong storytelling skills.
Naturally active on Instagram, Reels, memes and social media.
Understands viral content, hooks and audience attention.
Comfortable appearing on camera.
Fast, proactive and willing to experiment.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Bonus: Canva, CapCut, AI tools or content creation experience.

Eligibility
Students/recent graduates from Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA/MBA, Media Studies or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
