Role Description The Business Development Manager – SEDEX & GRS will lead business growth initiatives for social compliance (SEDEX) and sustainability standards (such as GRS) by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding PQSmitra’s presence in target markets. This full time,



on-site role based in Mumbai involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing tailored proposals and commercial offers. The role includes collaborating with consulting and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements, tracking industry trends and regulatory changes, and contributing to go-to-market plans and campaigns. The Business Development Manager will also manage a sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, support contract negotiations, and provide regular reporting on business development performance to leadership.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and pipeline management.
