Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic about learning, experimenting, and building hands-on experience in a startup setting.

This is a hybrid internship based in Pune, with flexibility for work from home when required. The intern will work closely with the founder and marketing/product teams and gain practical exposure to how digital marketing works in an early-stage startup.

Key responsibilities include:





* Assisting with social media strategy, campaigns, and content planning
* Creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content
* Supporting Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
* Monitoring engagement, reach, and campaign performance
* Using basic analytics tools to track digital performance
* Preparing basic reports and insights
* Supporting digital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
* Conducting market, competitor, and audience research
* Contributing creative ideas to improve brand visibility and learner engagement
* Working closely with the Founder and team on ongoing marketing initiatives
