We are looking for a full-time IT Administrator.

This will be a hands-on internal IT operations role, based out of our office and working in the general shift. The person will own employee access, device management, internal IT controls, SaaS administration, and helpdesk operations.

The role also involves daily coordination and support for a US-based startup team. Strong verbal and written English communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users are essential.

They do not need to be a cloud engineer, but basic AWS/Azure IAM knowledge is mandatory — including users, groups, roles, MFA, least-privilege access, access reviews, and offboarding.

Must have
- 2–4 years in IT Administration / Internal IT Support
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills; experience supporting international clients or remote teams is preferred
- Windows and macOS administration, troubleshooting, and device provisioning
- MDM administration: Intune, Jamf, Kandji, Hexnode, JumpCloud, or similar




- Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration
- Experience setting up and running an internal helpdesk/ticketing system, including SLAs, ticket workflows, and escalations
- Employee onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning/deprovisioning, device setup, and access management
- AWS/Azure IAM basics: users, groups, roles, MFA, least privilege, access reviews, and offboarding
- VPN, basic networking, endpoint security, patching, antivirus/EDR, and backup management
- IT asset/inventory tracking and software licence/subscription management
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and audit/evidence requirements

Good to have
- AI tools / enterprise AI administration experience
- SSO, SAML, OIDC, and identity-provider exposure
- Basic scripting or automation skills
- Security monitoring and vulnerability-management exposure
