Who Are We

Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very robust technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Electronics System Engineer to develop and maintain EV 2W electrical architecture and power distribution, and support the integration, testing, validation, and debugging of vehicle electrical systems.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain EV 2W electrical architecture and power distribution.
Define electrical requirements, interfaces, and specifications for vehicle systems.
Work on LV electrical systems, wiring harness, connectors, fuses, relays, switches, sensors, actuators, and ECUs.
Support integration of BMS, VCU, Motor Controller, DC-DC, Charger, Instrument Cluster, Telematics, lighting, and other electrical systems.
Review wiring diagrams, schematics, circuit protection, grounding, and connector selections.
Perform electrical system integration,



vehicle bring-up, commissioning, and debugging.
Diagnose electrical issues using multimeter, oscilloscope, current/voltage measurement, and CAN tools.
Support EMI/EMC testing, electrical safety, environmental, and reliability validation.
Prepare and execute electrical system test plans and validation procedures.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, design reviews, and production implementation

Who Can Apply

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in electrical/electronic systems or automotive/EV systems.
Candidates with knowledge of EV 2W electrical architecture and power distribution.
Knowledge of LV electrical systems, wiring harness, connectors, fuses, relays, switches, sensors, actuators, a
