As we scale rapidly across products and functions, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
About the Job:
Key Responsibilities
Own budgeting, forecasting, AOP and financial planning
Prepare MIS, P&L; and variance analysis for leadership
Analyze CAC, LTV, unit economics and contribution margins
Build financial models for business initiatives and pricing decisions
Track budgets vs.
actuals and identify risks and opportunities
Evaluate business cases and ROI across functions
Support investor reporting, fundraising and board presentations
Drive improvements in financial reporting and automation
Requirements
CA with 5+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A;
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
Strong understanding of business metrics and unit economics
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
