Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the uPVC or building materials industry, with a proven ability to manage and develop fabricators, architects, interior designers, builders, and project stakeholders.

The primary focus of this role is to strengthen relationships with architects and manage the existing fabricator network while expanding the market by onboarding current fabricators and generating project enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fabricators and channel partners in the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and onboard new fabricators to support market expansion and sales growth.
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings with architects and interior designers to generate product specifications and project opportunities.




Generate and track project enquiries and support fabricators in converting opportunities into business.
Drive specification sales by promoting products to architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Conduct quarterly meetings, presentations, and engagement activities with Architects and Interior Designers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities within the assigned region.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure effective customer support and project execution.
Maintain regular MIS, sales reports, market updates, and pipeline reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

6–9 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Project Sales.
Experience in the uPVC industry is preferred.
