iMerit – An EXL Company is looking for a highly energetic HR team member who will lead and manage the Engagement portfolio and the connected team. The Employee Engagement Manager will play a key role in the development and implementation of engagement strategies, best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on Employer Branding- participation in HR awards, and HR marketing aspects with the organization marketing team. You will create and communications and engagement guidance to senior internal stakeholders, oversee our business as usual internal communications and engagement - ranging from our intranet and regular e-newsletter to employee surveys, reward schemes and events - and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives.

The successful applicant will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, most notably HR team and leadership as well as other audience that is responsible for employee engagement.





Job description

• Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees. This will involve supporting senior leaders in their communications efforts in keeping their functions informed of updates and changes in consistent and engaging ways.

• Lead on the development and delivery of a global engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated about in timely and productive ways. Execute HR Engagement plans and lead the HR engagement team to meet all requirements and deadlines. Roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor wherever needed.

• Communications Strategy & Implementation- Develop, execute, and evaluate an internal communications strategy, ensuring that business goals, initiatives and organizational/people news are communicated regularly and effectively.
