Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and researching relevant creators across platforms, assisting with outreach, and helping manage ongoing collaborations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining influencer databases, coordinating communication and follow-ups, and supporting campaign execution and reporting. The intern will help track performance metrics, compile basic analytics,



and contribute ideas for creative campaigns and content initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution of influencer activities.
Qualifications
Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with familiarity across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Strong research and organizational skills, including the ability to identify suitable influencers and maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and the ability to work with spreadsheets or simple reporting tools.
