Your Role
As a Senior Digital Twin & Virtual Commissioning Engineer, you will take ownership of Digital Twin and Virtual Commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle,



from concept design and simulation modelling to testing, validation, and commissioning support.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing advanced Digital Twin models for production lines, machinery, and automated manufacturing systems.
Creating and maintaining simulation models in Visual Components.
Performing Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation activities as part of Virtual Commissioning projects.
Testing and validating control logic before physical commissioning.
Collaborating closely with automation engineers, software developers, and mechanical engineers across international project teams.
Supporting customers with simulation studies, virtual validation, and optimisation initiatives.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers where relevant.
