Growth/Media Analyst || Altera Institute - Digiaccel Learning

As a Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-led growth across our Marketing and Sales functions. You will work closely with both teams to analyse digital marketing performance, understand the end-to-end lead funnel, identify growth opportunities and enable better decision making through data.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems and translating insights into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Analytics
• Partner with the Marketing team to analyse performance across digital channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse campaign,



audience and conversion data to generate actionable insights around targeting, messaging, channel mix and marketing efficiency.
• Work with the Marketing team on CRM and lifecycle initiatives, including WhatsApp and Email, to improve lead engagement, nurturing and conversion.

Sales & Funnel Analytics
• Partner with the Sales team to analyse the end-to-end lead funnel, identifying drop offs and conversion opportunities across different stages.
• Analyse audiences, lead sources and campaigns to understand which ones generate the highest-quality leads and conversions.
• Build regular reports, dashboards and analyses to track key growth metrics across Marketing and Sales.

Insights & Experimentation
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and experiments to answer business questions and identify current growth opportunities.
