We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Senior Associates – Marketing with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for executing and coordinating Digital Marketing, ATL and BTL activities for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing activities for residential real estate projects.
Manage and coordinate Digital Marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Execute ATL activities including outdoor, print, radio, branding and media campaigns.
Execute BTL activities including events, activations, exhibitions, site promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with creative, digital, media and advertising agencies.
Manage marketing vendors and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Support project launches, branding and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, budgets and marketing spends.




Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Project teams for marketing requirements.
Prepare campaign reports, MIS and performance updates for management.

What We Are Looking For

2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
Minimum 2 years of relevant real estate marketing experience preferred.
Strong exposure to Digital Marketing, ATL & BTL activities.
Experience in residential real estate/project marketing preferred.
Positive agency and vendor management skills.
Strong communication, coordination and execution abilities.
Candidates from real estate developer companies will be preferred.
