Role Description The Incubation Associate role is a full time,



on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for supporting incubation programs across the Young Founders Lab and University Labs, including coordinating sessions, workshops, and mentoring engagements for student founders. The Incubation Associate will interact closely with founders to help refine business ideas, assist with market research, and track venture progress through structured program milestones. The role involves organizing events, managing communication between mentors, partners, and participants, and maintaining program documentation and reporting. The Incubation Associate will also contribute to outreach activities, help build partnerships with educational institutions and ecosystem stakeholders, and support internal initiatives that strengthen FoundersLab’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
