We are looking for a performance-focused Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our paid advertising efforts and help us consistently generate high-quality leads and conversions across our business verticals and events.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaigns for lead generation, event registrations, brand awareness, and conversion objectives.
Set up and manage campaign structures, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign formats.




Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and make data-driven optimization decisions.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Build and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads, rather than simply maximizing lead volume.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
Track the complete funnel from ad → landing page → lead → call → conversion.
Identify drop-offs and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming campaigns.
Maintain accurate campaign and performance tracking across relevant dashboards and spreadsheets.
