Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of database support and infrastructure projects.
Oversee database monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning,



and operational governance.
Drive incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Coordinate with DBAs, platform teams, cloud teams, application owners, and stakeholders to ensure service availability and reliability.
Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead service reviews and operational governance meetings.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3+ years of IT experience with 1.5+ years in Project/Program Management.
Experience managing Database Infrastructure, Monitoring, and Production Support teams.
Good understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Grafana
