Job Title: Embedded Engineer – Protocol & Firmware (C/C++)

Bangalore (Onsite – Customer Location, 5 days/week)

About the Role
We are hiring Embedded Engineers with experience in Protocol and/or Firmware development to work from the customer location in Bangalore. The role requires strong expertise in C/C++ programming, embedded systems, and communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded firmware and communication protocols
Work on wireless technologies such as:
WiFi
Cellular (LTE/5G)
Bluetooth
LoRa / LPWAN
Design, develop, and debug protocol stacks and embedded systems
Work on low-level drivers and hardware interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
Optimize performance, memory, and system efficiency

Required Skills




Mandatory:
Solid programming skills in C / C++ esp Data Structures.
Good understanding of Embedded Systems
Experience with Linux or RTOS environments
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Aware of using AI tools.
Strong Protocol Knowledge, especially MAC Layer and above – hands-on experience with L2/MAC, RRC, and LLC
Experience with protocol-level debugging tools such as Wireshark

Preferred:
Experience with any communication protocol:
WiFi / Bluetooth / Cellular / LoRa
Knowledge of hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART)
Experience in device drivers / board bring-up
