Role Description The Account Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign planning and execution. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, briefing internal creative and production teams, coordinating influencer and social media campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports,



and proactively suggesting optimizations to improve outcomes. The Account Manager will also participate in client meetings, support new business opportunities, and contribute to strategy development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Robust client relationship management skills, including account handling, stakeholder communication, and expectation management.
Experience in campaign coordination and project management, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content trends, especially for Gen Z audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear briefs, presentations, and reports.
Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in campaign performance tracking and use of digital analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative, production, and marketing teams
