This is a strategic and data-driven leadership opportunity focused on scaling paid acquisition and maximizing marketing efficiency across global markets.
You will own paid media strategy, investment allocation, campaign execution, audience development, and performance optimization across multiple channels and geographies.
The role combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, using attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling to guide investment decisions.
You will partner closely with Data, Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and broader Marketing teams to connect media performance with growth and profitability goals.
You will also lead agency and platform relationships, build an affiliate program, and identify emerging advertising formats and AI-powered opportunities.
As a people manager, you will develop and mentor a distributed paid media team while establishing clear goals, processes,



and performance standards.
This role is well suited to an experienced performance marketing leader with robust analytical skills and a proven track record of scaling global, full-funnel acquisition in B2C and subscription environments.

Accountabilities
Lead paid media budget planning and allocation across products, geographies, languages, and channels, optimizing investment toward Return on Investment (ROI) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across platforms including Google Search, Display & Video 360 (DV360), Performance Max (PMax), Meta, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), and other relevant channels.
Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, optimization, and creative testing programs to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
Develop and execute full-funnel audience strategies covering segmentation, remarketing, lookalik
