Role Description The Telemarketing Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at the K.S. Motors Mahindra dealership in Jaipur. The person in this role will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce Mahindra vehicle offerings, explain features and benefits, and promote current deals and finance options.



Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling showroom visits or test drives, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the sales system. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and service teams, addressing basic customer questions regarding vehicles and ownership options, and contributing to monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
