You will own strategic initiatives from prospect identification and problem definition through execution, measurement, iteration, and scale.

You will partner with teams across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and deliver meaningful results.
You will establish clear goals, success metrics, decision frameworks, milestones, and accountability mechanisms for critical initiatives.
Using data and operational insights, you will continuously evaluate performance, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities to improve execution.

Accountabilities
Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing business cases through execution, measurement, iteration, and scaling.
Define initiative objectives, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to establish clear measures of progress and outcomes.
Develop structured execution plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for complex initiatives, maintaining ownership from initial problem definition through successful delivery.
Partner with stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align prioriti
