About The Role

We are looking for an L&D; Manager to design and execute learning strategies that strengthen organisational capability, improve employee performance, and support BigMint’s future growth. The role will partner closely with business leaders to translate organisational priorities into impactful learning initiatives while building a culture of continuous learning and development.

Roles & Responsibilities





Conduct learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps across functions and employee levels.
Design, implement, and manage impactful technical, functional, leadership, and behavioural learning programs.
Develop and maintain an annual learning calendar aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with business leaders, internal trainers, external consultants, vendors, and institutes to deliver blended and digital learning solutions.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives for critical roles.
Introduce innovative learning approaches including coaching, mentoring, microlearning, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Track learning effectiveness through HR analytics, learner feedback, performance metrics, and program ROI.
Partner with stakeholders on change management and organisational development initiatives.
Develop initiatives that strengthen BigMint’s values, culture, employee engagement, and growth mindset.
