Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with robust expertise in both Frontend (React.js) and Backend (Python or Node.js) development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams, driving technical design and architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable software solutions.
Candidates with exposure to AI/ML and Data Engineering projects will be preferred. Project management and delivery coordination experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications.
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and drive engineering best practices.




Architect and develop full-stack solutions using React.js and Python or Node.js.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technology selection.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career growth.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
Drive continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Required Skills
4+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React.
