Role Description The Account Executive will work full time on-site at the Thane (W) office and support day-to-day accounting and compliance activities. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, posting entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports. The role involves coordinating documentation for audits, supporting GST and income tax return filings,



and helping with compliance for various entities. The Account Executive will communicate with clients to collect information, clarify queries, and provide status updates on assignments. The role also includes collaborating with senior team members on tax planning, regulatory submissions, and other allied financial services.

Qualifications

Strong accounting knowledge, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
Understanding of GST, income tax, and basic regulatory compliance for companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and trusts.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
