? Must Have:
• 8–14 years of experience
• Strong ETL Testing & SQL expertise
• Hands-on US Healthcare domain experience
• Proven Team Lead / Leadership experience
? Good to Have:
• Snowflake / Snow SQL / Snowpipe
• DBT & Stored Procedures
• Excellent Expectations
• CI/CD & Git/Bitbucket
• Data Lineage & Data Quality
? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor & guide ETL testing teams
• Drive QA strategy for large-scale datasets
• Validate data transformations and data quality
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product & QA teams
• Improve testing processes, documentation & communication
