Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Set sales goals and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company objectives.

Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques,



and customer service skills.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, investors, and developers to maximize business prospects.
Provide expert guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
Act as the key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

Sales Process Management:
Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to the final closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and site visits with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle complex sales negotiations and ensure all sales contracts are accurately prepared and executed.
