Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire current CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts).
Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers.
Promote banking products and services to individuals and businesses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
Coordinate with branch sales officers for business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate (Any Degree).

Language Skills: Communicable English ,kannada and any regional language
Mandatory requirements:




Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
Willingness to work in field sales.

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ₹20,885 per month.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable upon achieving sales targets.
