We are looking for a compassionate and organized Surgical Counsellor to guide patients through their treatment journey — from counselling and financial discussions to smooth discharge coordination. The role requires close collaboration with clinicians, TPA, billing, and nursing teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clinical staff regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
Explain surgical/medical procedures to patients and families
Provide complete financial counselling and cost estimates
Guide patients on pre-operative investigations and documentation
Address in-patient concerns and resolve grievances
Ensure smooth discharge in coordination with clinicians, TPA, and billing teams
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant and skilled demeanour
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Tech-savvy; comfortable using Hospital Management Systems
Solid interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Prior hospital experience preferred

Pay: ₹11,819.86 - ₹37,687.23 per month
