Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build solid pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) through proactive sourcing strategies.
Leverage multiple recruitment platforms including job boards, ATS systems, social media,



and skilled networks to identify and engage talent.
Understand the compliance and credentialing requirements for healthcare positions across various US states.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Utilize data and recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring outcomes and continuously improve the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare job market dynamics, and changes in federal and state regulations.
Previous work experience as an US recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
Solid technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT/ NON-IT sector
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair fo
