Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Furniture Designer Furniture Designer to lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at our furniture manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
Manage manpower, machinery, and materials for optimal productivity
Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of furniture manufacturing
Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams
Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and control costs
Monitor inventory, production reports, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing
Solid knowledge of production planning, machining, finishing, and assembly processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines
Basic computer skills (ERP/production reporting preferred)

Pay: ₹25,406.82 - ₹40,539.89 per month
