Loading Supervisor (Edible Oil Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
Loading & Unloading Operations
Supervise loading of edible oil, vanaspati ghee, and by-products into tankers, trucks, and containers.
Ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging as per dispatch plan.
Monitor sealing of tankers and trucks with proper documentation.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely availability of material.
Verify loading slips, challans, gate passes, and other dispatch documents.
Maintain daily loading/unloading records.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Prevent contamination, spillage, and pilferage during handling.
Monitor cleanliness of tankers, pipelines, and loading area.
Manpower Supervision
Guide and supervise loading workers/helpers.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance for efficiency.




Inventory & Reporting
Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock reconciliation.
Report any shortage, leakage, or abnormality immediately.
Assist in monthly stock verification and audit requirements.
Knowledge of edible oil/vanaspati product handling.
Familiarity with loading systems
Understanding of safety standards and food industry regulations.
Leadership and team handling skills.
Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
